2. Website Footer – Include a permanent Privacy Policy link in the footer of every page. 
3. Contact and Enquiry Forms – Include a link to the Privacy Policy wherever customers submit personal information. 
4. Cookie Consent – Confirm which cookies, analytics and tracking services the WordPress website uses and ensure that appropriate cookie consent controls are implemented. 
5. HIQ Integration – The policy includes provisions for the future HIQ customer registration and equipment management portal. HIQ will operate as a standalone platform, linked to the main website when ready. 
6. Data Security – Confirm that website forms, hosting and customer information are protected using appropriate security measures. 
7. Compliance Review – Please identify any additional information required to ensure the policy accurately reflects the website’s operation and meets applicable UK GDPR requirements.
